booking system is unusual with payment by bank deposit. All the beds were comfy and the place was warm. Had a very under used dishwasher. Cons: Stench of cigarettes was overpowering especially when it is SUPPOSED to be non-smoking. The units are very run down and dusty. My daughter hit the arm of the lounge and a large cloud of dust puffed out!!! The place was very dusty with spider webs everywhere. The shower had mould and there were pubes in the showerpan. Toilet cleaner was still on the seat when my daughter sat down making for a very hurried shower. There was no dining table and the chairs at the brekky bar were in a state of dis-repair. Tiles in the bathroom were broken and unsafe as they were very sharp. The kitchen bench and the plates in the cupboard still had debris from someone else's meal on them. I see this place as more for regularly visiting tradies who smoke, as the place was overrun by trade trucks after work time. In conclusion: I don't know how the other reviews gave glowing remarks for the same unit, their nose must be cutoff and their eyes dim with cataracts as we certainly aren't reviewing the same place and smelling and seeing the same things....
