There are stairs everywhere - first down from the air-bridge to transfer security, then up the stairs again to the gates. There is actually an elevator - but their are locked and guests are not allowed to use it. 3) Limited choices of food - there is only snacks and coffees. Do not plan to have a dinner in this airport while waiting for your flight. 4) Service - Lack of it. The Air Astana team is helpful. I study criminology which has been absolutely fantastic, my lecturers are amazing and have real life experiences in their field. As previously mentioned as I'm not in the main campus which means I don't really know anything about the student union and haven't been involved with anything. The university is welcoming and has a great environment. The resources available and late library opening times are very helpful, along with the free bus services. There are two separate campus' and I found it difficult to keep up with what's going on as I wasn't studying at the main campus. Amazing campus. Easy to access and find your way around. Helpful and friendly staff who support you no matter what. Suitable facilities for eating and drinking with a wide range of variety for all. The toilets are always clean, could be more added to avoid the huge question. The student bar on campus does brilliant food and service as does blends coffee bar.
