So, if the/a government decided to declare housing a 'national emergency' and were willing to take radical steps to solve the housing crisis, then which solutions would you support (and to what extent) and if you don't support a solution, why not etc. Taking inspiration from this article, published in 2011, by the BBC, I've provided some different solutions to start off with, together with my idea of how they would work in an 'emergency' situation.
