The first night we stayed we reported loud music (and screaming voices nearby our room) to the front desk around 2am after we had already been up since midnight hoping our neighbors would be going to bed soon. This did not happen, so we notified the front desk around 2:00am. After two phone calls to the front desk, the noise continued until around 3:30am. The security guard was finally able to get it to cease. The next morning, we spoke with the front desk regarding the issue and potentially moving our room. The front desk manager suggested we wait it out (as the hotel was going down to only 4% occupancy for the rest of our stay) and it would not be likely another guest would be roomed near us. We were also told that our issues were noted at the front desk so that no one would be roomed near us. So, we remained optimistic and stayed in our room for the second night…again hearing loud voices yelling throughout the wee hours of the morning as well as loud voices during our time in the room during the morning.
