Were there any complaints you had about staying in a hotel? Are there ubers or lyfts or anything in that area for those that stay at a hotel that doesn't come with a shuttle service? It's such a bummer when it's cold at the end of the night at a festival and you're wandering around in the dark waiting for an uber when tons of other people are too--and since it's a more remote area, we weren't sure whether there are even many rides out there. Either way, we will most likely be renting a car to get from the airport out to the Gorge and back, so we're just trying to weigh the costs/benefits of camping vs staying in a hotel both from a money perspective and from a convenience perspective! I know these are a lot of questions, but hopefully some of you have some insight! Also looking forward to dancing with all of you this summer! We've been wanting to go to the Gorge for years and I can't think of a better event to go for:)

Dean, Hilary and Francina made sure you feel welcome (chocolate and local treats never fail) we went for dinner at Dixies around the corner and had a great meal and met the locals. pick'n'pay was near by as well. good starting point to explore cape point for the day.
