Our hostess, Chris, was amazing! She went above and beyond the call of duty several times during our too-short stay! She helped lug our heavy bags, dried our laundry, and was quickly responsive to every question. Our accommodations were spacious and comfortable. The apartment was ultra-modern and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home on the comfy sectional while watching TV before retiring to our very nice bed. There were even breakfast items waiting for us in the fridge. The staff is super nice. We used the restaurant onsite and loved its views. Breakfast was decent and their coffee is one of the best I have had. The winery across is a great experience and their food is good as well. We had booked a kayak tour but it got cancelled due to weather so we might return some other time. We will also book their pods in the winter to get a different experience. What I like the most is the shower with no roof; so if you have a shower at night, just enjoy warm water, stars, breezy and smell of mother nature. Small fridge in room is very convenient. Zipline's instructors were extraordinary. Very short, 5 min walk to the winery. There is a nice deck in our site. Lots of trails. We didn't have to deal with mosquitoes, it was a perfect September scape!

Lovely wee apartment situated 5 minutes walk from the harbour in Tarbert. Welcomed in by Gary and shown around. Very clean and fresh. Huge windows overlooking the hills. We saw 3 deer just outside. Very quiet at night so slept well. Good facilities. Would definitely go back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed in Carolyn's place for one night on the way to Islay. The check-in was really easy, the studio had everything we needed, and the view was absolutely lovely.
For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge. Wow! We totally enjoyed our stay here! The pool was fabulous and the perfect get away and time to unwind and forget about the world. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of from the towels to the shampoo and soap. The views were outstanding and even got to meet all the animals. Our favorite was Mr Feguson the beagle. He was adorable and high fives on cue. Love him and can't wait to go back. The full English breakfast was amazing! Everything you could want and more. Set us up for the whole day. Cooked fresh and to order. Perfect and delicious.
