Staff was able to help with attractions in the area. We were even able to arrange a tour of the campus.

In light of the current status of the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on Memorial University's Grenfell campus and residence operation, we are sorry to share that we will not be taking any bookings in the near future. Out of an abundance of caution we are temporarily pausing our operation to provide accommodations for guests and groups while we focus on providing essential services to our students. Stay on campus If you're going as a team, travelling with a group, or working with a budget, staying on campus is an ideal solution. Choosing the Grenfell Campus gives you all the right options, plus the best location in town – just minutes from key transportation routes, downtown shopping and other great amenities. Each year from May until August, Grenfell Campus opens its doors to the public and offers a variety of lodging options that cater to every budget and taste. We are definitely a school and that is how we promote ourselves. We always schedule major cleanings with maintenance but unfortunately, there was a miscommunication when you stayed with us. I really apologize for the inconvenience that it caused you. We will ensure that better procedures are in place in order for such incident not to happen again. There were not enough towels in the room for the 3 of us and the oven/ stove were not in optimum working order (oven door was not closing properly and one of the burners was not working at all.
