We booked an airport transfer to pick us up at midnight. In the week before flying I checked the details of transfer and reservation and got email confirmation. But on arrival no car, I called and they sent one but we were hanging around for 20 to thirty mins which after midnight isn't what you want. At hotel no record of our booking, and we were asked to pay the driver when our confirmation stated the transfer was free. BUT they did sort it out quickly. Breakfast was average to poor. Pancakes were inedible. Omelette okay. No lift but staff will take your bags. Wi fi is free but I found it so slow to be unusable Is it worth $165 u. s per night. I don't think so but in Africa's inflated hotel economy it's pretty much what that rate gets you.

We loved this hotel and their Covid precautions are very good! Club Quarters Hotel was was walking distance from EVERYTHING we did! It was seriously THE BEST location for first timers! We stayed in Club Quarters Hotel for 3 nights for a total of $307. Keep in mind that this hotel charges a security deposit fee of $50 each night plus tax. So on top of our $307, we were also charged an extra $130. So, just be prepared for that just incase the same rules apply to other hotels in the downtown area. You get it back once you check out and depending on your bank it could take anywhere from 2-5 days to be back in your bank. Boston Hostel Recommendations My boyfriend and I love FOOD!
